Hi Pamela,

RE: Angelos Vs. Chernov

I understand the media's fear at telling the truth to the American people. I was warned by Special Agent Coleman it could cost him and I our lives. So I appreciate fully your reluctance to tell the truth. I am now appealing to other resources to let the Americans know the corruption in the Justice Department. I am unsure if they are any more able to do so than your paper. I do not know, but I promise you I will continue until it is all revealed. I am so confused why so much time is spent on revealing a white lady wanting to be black and no time on real news or truth? Are you able to give me a hint why?

Thanks for reading and the writing you did do, even if it fell far short of the entire story which must be told.

All the best to you personally I am aware of the risks I face but I will continue until I am unable to do so. I do hope the book will outline the self-imposed censorship in the media. I am glad you wrote something but you do realize it was headlines in Australia and Russia but ignored in the main in America.

Dear Glenn:

RE: Snowden and Chernov

I do not wear tin foil on my head. I am a father of seven children, grandfather of four and great grandfather of one. I have never been in trouble in my life. However I experienced corruption up to the highest levels and it seems the media in America do not report the truth. Am I wrong? Am I simply paranoid? Is the truth unimportant? Weldon Angelos and Egor Chernov did share the same lawyer, one sold $350 worth of marijuana, the other commanded a gang of murderers and committed financial crimes more egregious than Bernie Madoff. One was sentenced to fifty-five years in jail and one to fifty-one months in jail. These facts you can independently verify. If feel this is justice then stop reading now. Edward Snowden is sought by the Justice Department to bring back to America to face justice. On the other hand Egor Chernov was allowed to go home to Russia and avoid justice. One was in their tentacles incarcerated and had committed murder, the other simply exposed government perhaps illegal activity. Why would a murderer walk free?

I was warned by Special Agent Gregory Coleman that exposing this would potentially cost me and him his life. I am willing to do so. Are you willing to simply investigate and see the truth? Just investigate, if I am wrong do not report it.

it is corruption beyond what even Edward Snowden revealed? Other mainstream media will not. Is it imposed restrictions on freedom of the press or self-imposed fear of reprisals of revealing too much truth? If you feel you cannot pursue this truth due to the ramifications of Snowden please refer it on to someone that is able to do so. It must be a person with the courage to reveal the truth.

I do not know.

Hello Pamela

RE: Sealed File

I wonder since you worked on this case prior if you can assist us. The FBI Agent on this case retired in January of this year. I am an interested injured party in this case. I am seeking resolution and working on a book and/or movie on the matter.

We requested the unsealing of one of the conspirators in the case. He died on June 5th, 2010 of as the result of an alleged suicide.

I was supposed to meet with him two weeks later. Therefore a journalist requested the unsealing of his file, which was sealed for National Security reasons, we believe.

Judge Waddoups refused the request, stating a motion must be filed. I am wondering since openness has been reaffirmed by the Supreme Court of the United States in all criminal cases, if you can assist us. There is a lot to this story that has been hidden from the public and that is not good.

Thanking you in advance for any and all assistance to allow the public its right to know the truth.

Dear Judge Waddoups;

I am a reporter in Rochester NY who has followed a criminal case in your district involving Paul Combs, who died in 2010 from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. The case, closed in 2009, is 2:07-cr-00387-CW. When I first began reviewing the file, shortly after Mr. Combs arrest and for months thereafter, most if not all of the entries in the file were publicly accessible. At some point, I assume because of a request for sealing, only one entry became public on CM/ECF. Now, online access still only provides that single entry. I assume there is no longer cause to keep the remaining filings sealed, and would request that the filings again be made public. I can do this in a more formal letter and request if necessary. If you need more information on Mr. Combs suicide, I can forward information from our coverage. Thanks for your time and consideration. What kind of help are you requesting? I don't think a request from me to unseal would carry any more weight than a request from Gary Craig.

Hi Pamela,

First thanks for your response. I am unsure of how the American justice system works, however I just thought that maybe an investigative reporter could request a file and get a response. Now I know Gary Craig requested it, but he told me if he was not successful he was going to try and get a local reporter to assist him. I do know it is in the interest of the public to know the full truth. I also realize if it is not my words that count, but your Supreme Court has decided this question many times. "When the public's right to know is threatened, and when the rights of free speech and free press are at risk, all of the other liberties we hold dear are endangered".

Christopher Dodd

Therefore I thought maybe your paper would consider it a responsibility to the American public to question this decision to seal a file. I push for justice for me and my family but on a broader level for all citizens.

Can you help? Can your paper help? You can question the judge and the decision, no? I do not have that right. I have written the Judge and did not receive the courtesy of a response. You must know they are covering up corruption and this is their only true reason.

I was with the FBI agent SA Mark Pinto in question and testified before your grand jury of his providing confidential information on individuals to the Russian mafia. He was complicit in the entire affair and he is an FBI agent. They simply brushed it all under the carpet on the basis of national security. A murderer walked free, you do not that fact and yet all the fuss about a white woman claiming to be black is news?

I do not understand the American justice system or media. I know all the facts I state are verifiable yet no one reports them. I do not know why?

In any event, I thank you for the consideration of your reply and do ask if you and your paper can help assist providing the truth to the public.

Yours truly,

Charlie Flynn

Charlie:

Once again, I apologize for the delay in getting back with you. As you discussed, the Combs file has been sealed and the judge said a motion must be filed for him to consider the request to unseal it.

My newspaper would have to pay a lawyer to file the motion and unfortunately we won’t be able to do that because of the expense. In addition, if the file was sealed for national security reasons, it would be extremely difficult to get it unsealed, even with a motion. It’s been my experience that judges are very caution about unsealing files that could allegedly harm national security.

However, I am checking around with some sources to try to figure out another way to get to the information. I will let you know whether or not I come up with something.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and I’ll be back in touch.

Hi Pamela,

I appreciate all and any assistance you can offer. In this day and age with all the screams of 'all lives matter', I like to think me and my family are included in the cacophony of voices demanding justice for all. It would seem if a Canadian family's lives do not rate consideration, one would think an American life, Rex Judd, would matter.

I am sure you know, as U.S. Attorney, Jennifer Shasky Calvery, Brett Tolman, Gregory Lisa knew, that Rex was murdered by command of Egor Chernov and buried in the Andaman Sea.

At his best, man is the noblest of all animals; separated from law and justice he is the worst.

Aristotle

How can we possibly, hypocritically voice any opinion about any life taken by a police officer, a jihadist, or an estranged husband, if we do not truly believe and act as though we believe, all lives matter. If Rex was beheaded by a Jihadist, he would be just as dead, but the media and the government would be avenging his death. If Rex was black and robbing a convenience story and shot by a police officer on duty, he would be just as dead. Why is he allowed to rot in the shipping lanes of the Andaman Sea and no one cares. It is important to remember, these are not my words but the words of Special Agent Gregory Coleman as he swore in his affidavit.

Today, retired FBI Special Agent Gregory Coleman makes his living off of a Hollywood embellished story of an inconsequential rich kid from Queens, New York, The Wolf of Wall Street. Special Agent Coleman will never decline an interview, or an offer to be paid to sing the praises of his and the FBI capture of Belfort. The irony is not lost on me, Belfort's drug invested lifestyle left cookie crumbs the size of large boulders, which any first year law student could have seized upon.

It is hardly a great demonstration of the FBI fighting financial crime that affects millions of American's lives. In the case of Rex Judd, a murdered American or Charlie Flynn's attempted kidnapping and murder, Coleman, the hero of Wall Street is silent. He will not speak of true criminals using, extortion, fraud and murder to meet their ends. Is this truly American justice?

I thank you for your and consideration, you, yourself can seek answers, as a journalist, from former U.S. Attorney, Brett Tolman, Jennifer Shasky Calvery, Gregory Lisa or retired Special Agent Gregory Coleman. They will not speak to you on the record of off the record.

In any event, the American public deserves to know the fact it is all hidden from them. Please note, Anna Chapman and her nine cohorts as Russian spies, were lured into being captured by a false passport, just the type Chernov facilitated. The same year, 2010, Egor Chernov applied from behind bars for a Presidential pardon, a most unusual step for a man waiting to be indicted for murder. He did so in light of a great service he had performed for America. Is it right that all this is hidden from view?

Please do let me know, as I do credit you in the book of being one of only two journalists in America that reported this matter, the silence from major publications other than the Moscow Times and Australian Herald, was deafening. Remember Steve Capus from NBC News would not allow Justin Balding, who arranged and had a meeting with me in New York, to report any portion of the story.

In the final analysis, knowledge is power and the American people deserve the knowledge and truth of the death of an American. Rex was as important as Trayvon Martin, Michael Brown or Stacy Peterson. Do all lives matter or just the ones that the media decides to get on their soap boxes to scream loudly of injustice? I am confused how one life matters more than another.

All the best to you and thank you for your response, it is appreciated.

"One of the grand fundamental principles of Mormonism is to receive truth, let it come from whence it may." Joseph Smith Jr. In large part the citizens of Utah believe in receiving truth. What happened to the eighteen members of the grand jury which was one of the longest serving in Utah history, according to the FBI? They reassured me an indict was forthcoming on Chernov. Unfortunately Brett Tolman never asked them to indict.

Dear Madam/Sir:

RE: Truth Not Reported by NY Times

As the book, Murder on the Andaman Sea is now available for pre-order on Amazon.com, I must request a response to my assertion that the New York Times was prevented or refused to print the truth of the murder of Rex Judd and the release of his murderer, Egor Chernov.

I was informed by Gregory Coleman the great service was exposing the SVR dealings in America, as stated, "

In the final analysis, knowledge is power and the American people deserve the knowledge and truth of the death of an American. Rex was as important as Trayvon Martin, Michael Brown or Stacy Peterson. Do all lives matter or just the ones that the media decides

Why are the U.S. Justice and State departments so aggressively seeking the arrest of Assange and Snowden and yet allowed Egor Chernov to walk free?

I would appreciate you respond to my allegation that the New York Times refused or neglected to print the truth to the American people on the release of Egor Chernov and the murder of Rex Judd. I do not want to unfairly criticise your newspaper. If I do not receive a response I will assume you agree with my assertion.

Retired FBI Special Agent Gregory A. Coleman said it all in the email below:

Hey Charlie,

Hope you and the family are doing well. It's true, I retired on January 30, 2015. After 25+ years, it was time to move onto something new.

Quite disappointed that I left some unfinished business behind, but I fought every battle that I could and leave with a clear conscience knowing that I tried my best. Unfortunately, being stupid and/or incompetent is not illegal and I faced more than my share of prosecutors and supervisors who were both. I briefed some other agents on the matter and there is a possibility that some fresh new faces may take a look at it. Let's keep our fingers crossed.

Would love to get together with you some time, have a drink and a nice meal, and chat for a bit. I may be in Toronto in May, but no plans for Vancouver or Majorca at the moment.

All the best,
